006: Rewarding

Even during the frustrating times, I’m glad I went for a management role. There’s something special about watching your team own a problem and crush it, even when the situation is less than ideal. I know management is not for everybody, which is why it’s important to identify what’s rewarding to you and go for it. I think this idea would be fun to explore in the future. Stay safe, everyone!
